Management

Marwan Kheireddine
Chairman of Board, General Manager

Marwan Kheireddine is an economist by profession with over 17 years working experience. He has to his credit extensive experience in banking and financial services having worked with Qatar National Bank -London and Fidelity Bank - Philadelphia, and being the General Manager of Al-Mawarid Bank s.a.l. - Beirut since 1992. Mr. Kheireddine is responsible for delivering AM Financials strategic and commercial objectives, and for the ongoing maintenance and protection of the firm’s reputation. Kheireddine holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Economics from Richmond College, London and Masters in Business Administration (Finance) from Columbia Business School, New York. Kheireddine is a member of the Research and Development Committee at the Association of Banks in Lebanon and a lecturer in Finance at the American University of Beirut.

Mohammed Al-Hamidi
Managing Director, Vice Chairman, Board Member

Mohammed Al-Hamidi is the Managing Director and Vice Chairman of AM Financials, responsible for setting appropriate plans and strategies to achieve results and ascertains needs and goals and follows through with direction and accomplishment. Al-Hamidi brings a hands-on management style with very solid planning and organizational skills and proven ability to manage multiple assignments efficiently under extreme pressure while meeting tight deadlines. He is a strong team builder and facilitator with excellent communications skills. Al-Hamidi is responsible for the management and strategic expansion of AM Financials’ financial services, products, and operations. Al-Hamidi holds a BA in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University in Dallas – Texas and an MBA in International Management from the University of Dallas in Irving – Texas and is a member of The Young President Organization since 2001.

Eliane Boustany
Head of Back Office

Eliane Boustany is the Head of the Back Office at AM Financials. Knowing that the success of the Back Office is essential to the success of the firm, Boustany manages the Back Office efficiently by putting all efforts to take her department to new highs of success. Boustany ensures smooth operation of the back office department overseeing and enhancing the back office operation. She is directly involved with the day to day management of all processes and procedures relating to settlement, reconciliations, documentation, management and clients reporting, accurate maintenance and update of all databases. Boustany holds a BA in Business Administration , Saint Joseph University and an MBA in Management of Financial assets, Saint Joseph University. Boustany is also certified in FSA Financial Regulations & Securities, Ecole Supérieure des Affaires.

Leila Salloum
Head of Compliance

Leila Salloum is the Head of Compliance at AM Financials and oversees the compliance function in the company. Salloum plays a big part in the ongoing and successful management of this business unit. Part of her daily work is to ensure compliance and adhere to the Lebanese Central Bank rules, regulations, and AML. Salloum got 28 years of experience in accounting, auditing, and compliance with an “Expert Compatble” degree from PIGIER, France’s largest network of technical schools. Salloum continuously attend seminars and workshops related to Compliance, International Accounting Standards, International Standards on Auditing, Information System Security, and others. She is a self-motivator, self educator and able to priorities and keep momentum going on multiple deliverables; an accurate person with an acute attention to details.

Joelle Bou Chaaya
Head of Middle Office

Joelle Bou Chaaya is the Head of Middle Office at AM Financials. Bou Chaaya leads the Middle Office to provide immediate operational services to the Trading Desk and Customer Service in order to manage position-keeping and make sure well execution of transactions and customer satisfaction. Bou Chaaya plays an important role in providing intra-day support to Customer Service department in order to support the firm's clients. With 10 years experience in the field, Bou Chaaya is a confident communicator with the ability to work effectively in a trading floor environment. Bou Chaaya holds a BA in Business Administration, Université Saint-Esprit and is also certified in FSA Financial Regulations & Securities, Ecole Supérieure des Affaires. Bou Chaaya is an idea generator that challenges the process with an outgoing extravert personality.
