+ Financial Writer
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work as a financial writer for our Editorial Department.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly financial news and commentary, as it happens.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly financial newsletters.
- Write articles and video scripts about the financial markets, with a strong emphasis on FOREX activity.
- Edit articles from other writers.
- Develop new content ideas.
- Contribute to enriching the site and overall user’s experience.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent Arabic written communication skills.
- Strong Arabic editing skills.
- Undergraduate degree or higher.
- Passion and aptitude for the financial markets.
- Previous experience working within the financial services industry helpful, but not required.
- Computer and Internet literate.
- Competent on Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Experience using Adobe Indesign helpful.
- Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Energetic and enthusiastic.
+ IT Security Officer
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and update Policies and procedures related to IT Security
- Create yearly IT Security plans and follow up on their execution
- Make sure that all the company’s operations comply with set policies and operations
- Follow-up the company’s Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans
- Follow-up and monitor all system and network logs to identify any security violation and act upon it
- Check compliance with official Lebanese regulation
- Coordinate with the company’s internal and external auditors to make sure that the IT Security complies with the required regulations
- Promote security awareness to the company staff
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 1 years experience in similar position
- Familiar with IT Security Standards such as ISO, BSI
- University degree in IT related field
- Knowledge in oracle is a plus
- CISA or CISM certificate is a plus
+ Internal Auditor
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintains a comprehensive internal audit program.

Monitor the company’s compliance with approved security policies.

Reviews and appraises companies policies and procedures.

Oversees the independent audit a of company records.

Recommends and assists in the development of procedures indicated through normal audit reviews.

Develops new or revised internal audit policies, methods and procedures.

Maintains advanced knowledge and awareness of financial industry status, trends, and auditing processes.
+ Accounting Officer
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
-
Allocation of accounts, and booking of different kinds of transactions.

Preparation of monthly payroll.
-
Preparation of commission schedule and related taxes.

Replenishment of clients’ Credit Cards.
-
Preparation of Company’s Cash Flow on daily basis.

Monitoring of accounts along with their offsetting transactions
-
Control and follow up over documents sourced from middle office, back office and third parties.

Control and follow up over documents sourced from third parties e.g. suppliers, banks etc.

Booking of accounting transactions.

Preparation and submission of tax reports, month end reports and daily reports.
+ Trading Desk Officer
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
-
Executes clients' trades with the correspondents electronically, by phone, email, or fax.

Develops and maintains good relationships with clients and correspondents.

Review clients' portfolios and positions on a daily basis before executing trades to make sure that clients have enough equity to trade.
-
Records executed trades on the proper logs; and instruct the client via an approved medium that his trade is executed.

Ensures that trades errors are immediately reversed and recorded.

Keep the private bankers and clients aware of any economic news or data during the trading session. " Generates reports according to the management requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS:

BBA in banking, finance or marketing or equivalent education from a technical school.

2 years experience in a position with similar core.

+ Customer Service Representatives
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist marketing team in delivering the promotion of retail and institutional products and services to clients. Initiate relationships with clients (might include cold calling).
- Communicate the primary benefits of the company and its products to prospective clients.
- Provide informational support and service to existing and potential clients.
- Work across multiple business units to ensure client requests are completed.
- Investigate and assist in resolving client issues that might include trade execution.
- Assist in resolving issues related to account clients.
- Maintains superior knowledge of company products and promotions offered by the company.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Customer service experience, or call center experience, or equivalent combination BS / BA Degree, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

+ System Administrator
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administer and Maintain application, database and mail server
- Create and generate reports
- Develop tools and plugins for the system
- Ensure high availability of the system
QUALIFICATIONS:
- IT related degree
- 2 years experience
- Experienced in Microsoft Windows environment
- C++ and SQL Knowledge
